TRAINING Info
While the Center does not advertise or actively promote private training companies, there are a number of professional associations that conduct training in the area, as well as courses offered through KSU's Continuing Education. These are listed here as a public service.
ICIT
KSU's International Center for Innovation in Technologies
The purpose of The International Center For Innovation In Technologies is to develop and enhance relationships with global organizations around the theme of building, using, and applying innovative technologies. This research center will create and maintain strong links with organizations and institutions investing in and using technologies. The Center will provide a locus of opportunity for institutions wanting to interact with researchers, students, and faculty in the College of Science and Mathematics at KSU.
It is a goal of ICIT to generate intellectual property with partnering organizations, but can separate intellectual property rights when it is advantageous to multiple participating parties.
ICIT currently offers certification training in information security (CISSP & CISM) and will be offering training in computer forensics in the near future.
Call 770-423-6005 or visit the ICIT web site for more information.
