InfoSecCD 09 Call for Exhibitors & Sponsors
InfoSecCD brings together faculty, graduate and undergraduate students from all over the world (although the majority will come from the Southeast region of the United States). We expect around 100 attendees. Exhibits will last the full day on Saturday September 26.
The exhibits will be in the Atrium of the Ann & John Clendenin Computer Science Building (Bdlg 11). All participants will have to pass through the exhibit area to register as well as to go to breakout sessions. Furthermore, the building is equipped with Internet wired and wireless access.
There is no cost to be approved as an exhibitor, however at least one representative must be registered for the conference. All participants will be provided with 1 table, two chairs and wireless Internet access. Additional space will be provided to sponsors.
Please visit the KSU Center for Information Security Registration site at KSU Mall and select the Exhibitor Registration Link. You will be expected to provide:
· Name of organization
· Title of exhibit
· Type of exhibiting organization (publisher, software, tools, etc.)
· Short description of the product to be exhibited/demonstrated
· Organizational contact for exhibits/demonstrations
· Name(s) and/or number of person(s) exhibiting/demonstrating (if relevant)

Sponsorship Opportunities

All sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the conference for their support and contributions. Names and logos of all sponsors will be included in proceedings and Conference Program. Additionally, sponsors may Include approved materials in the registration packets (pens, notepads, etc.). In this case, the Conference Committee approves provided materials and the sponsor provides all necessary copies or items.
